This month we had an awesome opportunity to babysit one of Colby’s cousin’s kids in Highland! It was so fun to stay there and play mom for a week hahaha. The kids were soooo sweet and I loved getting to know them better! Also, isn’t their living room BEAUTIFUL? and their dog, Murphy is adorbs.

It was my first time to hike Angel’s Landing and I am so happy we did it! It was challenging but so worth it and fulfilling!! We went with Blake and Austin and stayed at Colby’s cousin’s house in Saint George! They have the cutest kids and a super nice pool so we had a blast this weekend! When we first got to the Zion’s Park we weren’t sure if we would actually end up hiking Angel’s Landing so we did another hike and then got inspired and went ahead and did the hike! It was beautiful!! Here is the video we put together of it:

Colby and I were so excited to go to the annual BYUxTED conference! I went last year and I loved it! Unfortunately Colby was sooo busy with school when the time came so he couldn’t make it. Luckily Rachel Rawe was able to come with me and take his ticket! We had so much fun and learned a lot!

On March 22, 2017 my sweet PawPaw passed away. He had been suffering with illness for as long as I can remember. I am so thankful that we were able to fly down to Louisiana for the funeral. It was super sad to see him go, but it was also a really good to be together with our family and talk about all of our memories with each other and with PawPaw. Family is so important to us and I was so happy to have everyone together! We had a crawfish boil. It was Colby’s first boil and he had MAJOR culture shock. He loved it though hahaha! Also, this picture just makes me so so so happy!

Once we got back from Louisiana we were able to go to see Lion King on Broadway in Salt Lake City! I absolutely LOVE musicals so I was SO excited, and so was Colby!! It was a fun little date night! 🙂 Also, I was super sad when I realized this was the only picture we got there :/
